Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a reservation of capacity, a guarantee of power availability or schedule, or investment advice. Submitting an RFP does not create a contract. Formal capacity RFPs and development agreements are contracted only through Neoverse Technologies - L.L.C under separately executed written agreements.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of sanctions or export-control laws.
  • Submit false, misleading or third-party information without authority.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or reverse-engineer the website or its systems.
