This website is operated by Neoverse Technologies - L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“Neoverse”, “we”, “us”). Neoverse is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

• Contact details: name, company, job title, business email and telephone number.
• Project information submitted through the RFP flow: target capacity, rack density, cooling preference, timeline, location and notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through essential cookies and server logs.
• Correspondence: records of communications you have with our team.

How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and capacity requests, and qualify RFP submissions.
• Prepare proposals, feasibility assessments and commercial discussions.
• Operate, secure and improve this website.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, anti-money-laundering and sanctions-screening obligations.
• Send relevant business communications, where you have agreed or where permitted by law.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request, our legitimate business interests in evaluating commercial opportunities, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with group entities (including NeoMiners) where relevant to your enquiry, with professional advisers, engineering and delivery partners under confidentiality obligations, with service providers who host or support our systems, and with authorities where required by law.

We retain enquiry and RFP data for as long as necessary to pursue the relevant opportunity and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
