The principles, controls and group structure through which Neoverse Technologies - L.L.C conducts its business.

Legal entity

Neoverse Technologies - L.L.C is a limited liability company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the contracting entity for capacity RFPs, development agreements and hosting arrangements marketed under the Neoverse Technologies brand.

Group structure

The Neoverse group shares high-voltage power and engineering infrastructure across distinct operating mandates. Neoverse Technologies focuses on AI data center and power infrastructure. NeoMiners is the group’s dedicated digital asset mining infrastructure business. High-uptime AI compute infrastructure is physically and electrically segregated from flexible-load mining operations.

Governance principles

Our governance framework is built on:

Accountability: clear decision rights and stage-gate approvals for development and capital commitments.
Transparency: accurate reporting to clients, partners and stakeholders.
Risk management: structured identification of technical, commercial, regulatory and counterparty risk.
Separation of mandates: distinct commercial and operational governance for each group business.

Ethics and anti-corruption

Neoverse prohibits bribery, facilitation payments and improper inducements in all forms, consistent with UAE Federal Penal Code provisions and applicable international anti-corruption laws. Employees, contractors and partners are expected to uphold these standards.

AML, KYC and sanctions

We conduct know-your-customer and counterparty due diligence proportionate to risk, and comply with UAE anti-money-laundering legislation, including Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 as amended, and applicable sanctions and export-control regimes, particularly in relation to advanced computing hardware.

Health, safety and environment

Construction and operations are planned around safe systems of work, contractor competence and environmental responsibility, including efficient power and thermal design.

Data protection and information security

We protect client and personal information under UAE data protection law and apply access, physical-security and confidentiality controls appropriate to critical infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy.
